2. Work out at least 3 times a week - and as a reward I will be buying new workout pants (tall from target) at the end of the month when I meet my goal! I've been wanting new pants for a while, so this will be good motivation!

I will try to update with recipes and workouts - so far I've been to the gym twice (10/1 and 10/3) so I need to go once more before Tuesday! And I'm making that lasagna recipe tonight since Mark, Jenny and the girls are coming over!

And by the way not that you do not know this but now it is in writing---That LASAGNA was AWESOME! We should of taken a picture of Cassia's face with it all over it to prove this point. But a mental visual will just have to do. Always fun times at the Sallee's. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the homemade ice cream that Mark raved about all the way home!!
