I want to use my time better this month, and not get so stuck in a rut like I usually do! SO I have come up with two challenges for myself this month:
1. actually make all the recipes i marked in my Everyday food magazine.
2. Work out at least 3 times a week - and as a reward I will be buying new workout pants (tall from target) at the end of the month when I meet my goal! I've been wanting new pants for a while, so this will be good motivation!
I will try to update with recipes and workouts - so far I've been to the gym twice (10/1 and 10/3) so I need to go once more before Tuesday! And I'm making that lasagna recipe tonight since Mark, Jenny and the girls are coming over!
